Glasgow Residential Investments (GRI) inception into the marketplace comes as many investors are getting more and more frustrated with the lack of quality and knowledgeable advice with regard to property and how best to maximise their return.

 

The directors of the company; Timothy & Robin Lovat have a combined experience of over 30 years working within the Scottish property market and to that end, there isn’t much they haven’t seen or experienced when it comes to property. With a diverse range of experience incorporating; investing, letting, factoring and development, investors can rest assured that they will receive knowledgeable, reliable and honest advice when dealing with GRI.

 

Timothy manages the day to day running of GRI and personally works with every client to find the right property for them.    After university Timothy started his career as a hotel manager with Marriott International in America.   After winning one of their most prestigious awards he joined a management team for a restaurant chain in the UK and was instrumental in opening two restaurants in both Glasgow and Edinburgh  simultaneously.

 

Timothy joined Edzell Property Management in 1999 and built what was a small family firm into one of Scotland’s largest and most successful property management companies today.   During this period Timothy worked with every aspect of residential property including portfolio management, letting, buying and selling.       Timothy is  currently one of Scotland’s leading experts in the investment and letting fields and is one of the Directors of the Property Managers Association Scotland Ltd.

 

In his spare time Timothy is a devoted husband and father and actively works with a number of charities including;

 

Yorkhill Children’s Hospital,    The Prince and Princess of Wales Hospice,   Norwood,  Cystic Fibrosis Trust,  Search and Rescue Trust and The Fisherman’s Mission.

 

Timothy is a keen runner and enjoys a round of golf.      (when he has time!)
